  • Why is my deposit non-refundable?
    When we reserve your date, we may have to turn away other clients looking to book the same date. This ensures that we can fully commit our resources and staff to your event, providing you with the best possible service.
  • Can you provide alcohol for our event?
    Due to licensing regulations, we do not provide alcohol. You will need to supply the alcohol for your event.
  • How far in advance should I book your services?
    We recommend booking our services as soon as you have a confirmed date for your event.
  • What types of drinks can you serve?
    Our bartenders are skilled in serving a wide variety of drinks, including classic cocktails, wine, beer, and custom signature cocktails. We can work with you to create a personalized drink menu for your event.
  • How do I book your services?
    To book our services, please fill out our contact form on our website. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the event.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date. This deposit will be applied towards your total service fee.
  • Final Payment
    The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event. Failure to make the final payment on time may result in cancellation of services without a refund of the deposit.
  • Date Changes
    Date changes are subject to availability. If you need to change your event date, a rebooking fee of $100 will apply. Date changes must be requested at least 30 days before the original event date.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit all payments made.
  • Service Hours
    Our standard package includes up to 6 hours of service. Additional hours can be added for an extra fee of $200 per hour, subject to availability.
  • Client Responsibilities
    Clients are responsible for providing the alcohol and ice. We will handle the setup, service, and cleanup of the bar area. Clients must ensure that the venue permits outside bartending services and alcohol consumption.
  • Additional Hours of Service
    Our packages is based on 6 hours of service, anything above that we charge an additional $100/hr.
  • Insurance and Liability
    The Sip Co. is fully covered by general liability insurance. However, clients are responsible for any damages caused by their guests during the event. The Sip Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.
  • Permits & Licenses
    Clients must obtain any necessary permits or licenses required by the venue or local regulations for serving alcohol at the event.
